The Science

This is why we work.

We didn't invent movement. We watched it. The 8 Movement Points are an observational pattern shared by people who stay strong, upright, and pain-free for decades — from blue-zone centenarians to professional athletes.

Observation, not invention

Natural movement was discovered, not designed.

Slow-motion video of working farmers in Sardinia, fishermen in Okinawa, dancers in Lagos, and elite throwers in the U.S. tells the same story. Different bodies, different cultures, identical mechanics. We catalogued the eight points they share — and built our entire system around teaching them back.

Look at the chains above. Each subject moves through the same sequence — foot to ankle to hip to spine to shoulder. That sequence is the engine of the G8way system.
