Why should I track or measure my progress?

If you don't measure your progress, do you really know where you're at on your journey? Say, you're goal is to run a 4.1-second 40-yard dash. If you feel fast and feel better, that's great! And that's definitely important feedback, but where are you regarding your sprint time? You need to assess where you are in your goal-chasing process constantly. Are you close? Am I doing the right things to achieve my goal efficiently and with fewer setbacks?

If you track your progress, you could realize hitches in your process and take course correction action faster than had you not measured your progress. Check out this video and comment below with any questions or thoughts!!
