g8waymax.com and its associated Android app adhere strictly to Google Play’s Developer Program Policies prohibiting any depiction of minors in sexual activities. We hereby certify that:

  1. No CSAM Content
    • The app does not contain any content—static or dynamic—that depicts minors (persons under 18) in sexual activities or in a sexualized context.
    • We do not create, host, or distribute any such material.
  2. Prohibition of User-Generated CSAM
    • We do not allow users to upload or publish any sexual content involving minors.
    • All user submissions are subject to automated scanning and manual review to block disallowed material before it goes live.
  3. Robust Moderation & Removal
    • We employ automated tools (e.g., hash-matching, AI-driven scanners) plus a dedicated moderation team to detect and remove any content that violates this policy.
    • Any flagged or reported content is removed within 24 hours of identification.
  4. Reporting & Escalation
    • In-app “Report” functionality lets users immediately flag suspected CSAM.
    • All credible reports are escalated to our Trust & Safety team, which documents the incident and takes corrective action.

  5. Legal Compliance & Cooperation
    • We comply with all relevant child-protection statutes and regulations in every market where our app is available.
    • Upon receipt of a valid law-enforcement or NCMEC request, we preserve and share all relevant data.
